Head Start Awareness Month

October is Head Start Awareness Month. Join us as we raise awareness about how Head Start programs and services help vulnerable children and families succeed in school and in life. Head Start is a comprehensive early education program for children from at-risk backgrounds from birth to age 5.

Head Start aims to deliver services to children and families in core areas of early learning, health, and family well-being while engaging parents as partners.
