SEALED BID REQUEST – Asphalt Resurfacing
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting sealed bids for the Asphalt Resurfacing at multiple locations. Contractors shall review the attached photographs of existing Parking lots. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to
complete the project. The project shall be complete, fully functional, and ready for use in accordance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and regulatory requirements.
The scope includes, but is not limited to, surface preparation, asphalt repair, sealcoating, striping, site cleanup, and project closeout.
SEALED BID REQUEST – Full Asphalt Replacement
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Asphalt and Plumbing Contractors for full asphalt replacement and sewer repair at selected locations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the work. All work shall be completed in accordance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and all governing regulatory requirements, resulting in a complete and fully operational project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sewer and plumbing repairs, site preparation, asphalt removal and replacement, sealcoating, striping, site cleanup, and project closeout. Bidders may submit proposals for specific trades or scopes applicable to their company.
SEALED BID REQUEST – Exterior Painting & Minor Stucco Repairs
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for exterior painting and minor stucco repairs at selected locations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the work. All work shall be completed in accordance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and all governing regulatory requirements, resulting in a complete and fully finished project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, surface preparation, pressure washing, scraping and priming, minor stucco patching and repair, caulking, exterior painting, and final site cleanup. Bidders may submit proposals for specific trades or scopes applicable to their company.
SEALED BID REQUEST – Janitorial Services
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting annual bids for janitorial services on all of our listed KCAO sites. Please see the attachment for detailed cleaning times and days. The scope of this work will include general cleaning of offices, classrooms, and restrooms; trash removal; vacuuming; and other janitorial duties. We are also looking for a one-year contract with an option to extend for three years.
