Leprino's Check Presentation at KCAO Douty House 

Leprino's generously granted $5,000 to KCAO for a new counter and portable AC cooling system to help improve the kitchen at our Barbara Saville Shelter. Leprino's also kindly donated toiletries for the shelter. 

The grant aims to improve the kitchen facilities at Barbara Saville Shelter, making it a more comfortable and functional space for residents. KCAO would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Leprino’s for their incredible support and generosity. 

Immigration Workshop Hosted by Central Valley Immigrant Integration Collaborative at KCAO 

On August 31, KCAO was pleased to host an immigration workshop led by the Central Valley Immigrant Integration Collaborative (CVIIC). The workshop offered free document assistance and consultations from attorneys and accredited representatives. Over 25 individuals received help with citizenship issues during the event. 

The Central Valley Immigrant Integration Collaborative, committed to building strong, vibrant, and inclusive communities, provided these much-needed services to those who needed expert guidance on immigration issues. KCAO is proud to have hosted this invaluable workshop and extends its gratitude to CVIIC for their dedication and support. 

September FRC Calendar Now Available 

The September Kettleman City FRC calendar is now available. The FRC offers many events for families and workshops that aim to support families, create connections, and improve the well-being of everyone in our community. Visit our webpage to download the calendar. 

Closed for Labor Day 

KCAO will be closed for Labor Day September 4 and will resume operations September 5.
